Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Supervisor for the Weekend shift. The role ensures safe, quality care, staffing adequacy, and efficient patient flow on the night shift.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience, Missouri RN licensure or compact licensure, and BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days). BSN preferred with strong leadership abilities.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure in Missouri or compact licensure.
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee staffing to ensure appropriate patient care across units.
• Collaborate with Staffing Office on patient flow and bed management.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate direct care staff to promote professional development and change management.
