Job summary

Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO seeks a Clinical Supervisor RN for weekend coverage. You will supervise nursing teams, ensure safe, high-quality care, and manage patient flow and bed capacity in collaboration with the Staffing Office. This role leads change, mentors staff, and aligns practice with Mercy standards.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years hospital nursing experience, MO RN license or compact licensure, and BLS certification. Full-time, day shift, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with RN license.
• MO state RN license or compact licensure in accordance with regulations.
• BLS certification required or completed within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure units are appropriately staffed to provide patient care.
• Monitor patient flow and bed management with Staffing Office.
• Lead and mentor staff; promote change and engage coworkers.
• Collaborate with physicians and admin to improve processes.
• Evaluate performance with Clinical Manager per Mercy standards.
