Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, Missouri is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN for weekend shifts. The role ensures safe, high-quality patient care, optimizes staffing, and collaborates with physicians and staff to streamline processes.

You will mentor team members, manage patient flow and bed occupancy in coordination with the Staffing Office, uphold Mercy standards, and support the Clinical Manager in evaluation and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with RN licensure.
• RN license current in Missouri or compact licensure per state rules.
• BLS certification required or to be obtained within 30 days.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safe, high-quality patient care and appropriate staffing.
• Collaborate with physicians and administration to improve processes.
• Oversee patient flow and bed management in coordination with Staffing Office.
• Lead and mentor co-workers; hold staff accountable to Mercy standards.
• Assist in evaluation and change initiatives with Clinical Manager.
