Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Clinical Supervisor on weekends. This full-time role supports daily operations, coordinates patient care, and acts as a clinical resource for staff and patients.

The position requires 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience, an RN license in Missouri or a compact state, and BLS certification. BSN preferred; additional certifications and management experience are a plus.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with RN license in Missouri or compact state
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) or within 30 days of hire

Responsabilidades

• Assists in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed and serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients.
• Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manager and supports Mercy Service Standards.
