Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Clinical Supervisor for weekend coverage at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO. This full-time role oversees nursing teams, ensures patient flow, and partners with the Staffing Office to optimize bed management.

Flexibility for day shift is noted in the posting. Qualified candidates will have an RN license in Missouri (or compact), 3–5 years hospital experience, and BLS certification; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN) required.
• Licensure: Missouri RN license or compact licensure in accordance with state regulations.
• Experience: 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Certifications: BLS certification through American Heart Association or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, high-quality, cost-effective patient care.
• Lead staffing to meet patient care needs and bed management.
• Collaborate with physicians, admin staff, and Nursing Manager to improve processes.
