Job summary

Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Clinical Supervisor-RN for weekend coverage. You will lead the nursing team, ensure safe patient care, and coordinate staffing and bed management to meet patient flow needs.

The role requires RN licensure in Missouri, 3–5 years hospital experience, and BLS certification. You will collaborate with physicians and the Staffing Office to optimize processes and mentor staff to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with RN licensure.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Responsibilities

• Staff units appropriately and manage patient flow and bed management.
