Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN for weekend shifts. You will lead nursing staff to deliver safe, high-quality patient care, manage staffing and patient flow, and collaborate with physicians and administrators to optimize operations.

This role requires 3-5 years hospital nursing experience, MO RN licensure or compact, and BLS. You will model professional standards, mentor peers, and support change initiatives while aligning with Mercy's mission and values.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a degree or diploma.
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Current MO RN license or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor nursing staff to deliver safe, high-quality care.
• Oversee staffing, patient flow and bed management with the Staffing Office.
