Job summary

Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis is seeking an experienced RN to serve as Clinical Supervisor on the weekend shift. You will oversee patient care delivery, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with the Staffing Office to optimize bed management and staffing.

You will mentor staff, influence change through servant leadership, and work with physicians and administrators to improve processes in line with Mercy standards. This role offers growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• BLS certification either possessed or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, high-quality patient care and cost-effective staffing.
• Collaborate with Clinical Manager and Staffing Office on patient flow and bed management.
• Provide staff mentorship and guidance; promote change through servant leadership.
• Hold providers accountable for professional responsibilities and policy adherence.
