Job summary

Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital in Wildomar, California seeks a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to lead patient care on assigned units, with floating between Med/Surg and Tele as needed, while upholding regulatory and hospital policies.

Reporting to the Director/Manager, you will supervise staff, perform assessments and treatments, support patient flow, and act as a resource and role model in line with our Core Values and mission.

Qualifications

• Two years of recent department specific experience required.
• Charge nurse, supervisory expertise in department specific preferred.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellence in patient care and assess, treat, and care on assigned units.
• Float between Med/Surg and Tele units as needed, per operational needs.
• Model hospital policies and core values while supervising daily patient flow.
• Act as resource and leader in assigned unit(s).
