Universal Health Services in California seeks experienced Registered Nurses to provide high-quality patient care across Med/Surg units at Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospitals. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comfort and safety for patients and families.

Nurses float between facilities as needed, with structured orientation and competency validation. BLS/ACLS certifications are required, and NIH Stroke certification is to be completed soon.

Qualifikationen

• One (1) year medical/surgical experience in an acute care facility.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications; NIH Stroke Certification to be completed by end of the week of NEO.

Aufgaben

• Provide excellence in patient care, collaborative and comprehensive care based on patient and/or family needs, including management of pain, invasive lines and surgical drains.
• Employees will float between Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospitals based on operational needs, with orientation and competency validation.
• Adhere to regulatory, professional, legal and hospital policies and model the hospitals' core values and mission.
