Job summary

Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital in Wildomar, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to lead patient care on multiple units with float responsibilities across Med/Surg and Tele.

Reporting to the Director/Manager, you will provide assessments, treatment and leadership on assigned units, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality care while supporting staff development and patient flow. California RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS are required or preferred, BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of recent department-specific RN experience required.
• Charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellence in patient care and comprehensive assessments on assigned unit(s).
• Lead patient flow and care delivery; mentor staff.
• Adhere to hospital policies, regulatory requirements and care standards.
