Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. Inland Valley Hospital in Wildomar, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to lead patient care on the assigned unit, ensure safety and quality, and optimize patient flow.

Reporting to the Director/Manager, you will provide assessments, coordinate treatments, mentor staff, and model the hospital's core values. California RN license and BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NIH Stroke preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of recent department-specific experience required.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellence in patient care and collaborate with the care team on the assigned unit(s).
• Act as a resource and leader in the unit to improve patient flow and safety.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, professional, legal and hospital policies.
