Job summary

Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta, CA is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care across Med/Surg/Tele units. You may float between Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospitals based on operational needs and orientation will be provided.

The ideal candidate holds a CA RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications; one year of medical/surgical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year medical/surgical experience in an acute care facility.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• BSN Preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and collaborate with the care team across units.
• Float between Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospitals as needed.
• Adhere to regulatory, professional, and hospital policies while delivering safe, quality care.
