You will float between units as needed, perform assessments, coordinate treatments, and mentor staff under the Director/Manager, aligning with hospital policies and our core values.

Qualifications

• Two years of recent department-specific RN experience.
• Charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
• BSN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Float between Med/Surg/Tele Units as needed to cover patient care.
• Provide assessments, treatment and care on assigned units.
• Demonstrate leadership and ensure adherence to hospital policies and core values.
• Support patient flow and teamwork under supervision of Director/Manager.
