Job summary

Providence Shared Services seeks a Clinical Program Manager RN to lead a portfolio of clinical programs, using evidence and collaboration with internal and external consultants to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate initiatives that improve patient care.

The role requires strong nursing leadership, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional partnership with system, divisions, regions, hospitals, and clinical departments.

Qualifications

• RN License required for one of the following states (Alaska, Washington, Montana, Oregon, California, Texas or New Mexico).
• 5 years of experience in nursing education, including program planning and execution.
• 3 years of experience in complex program management roles in a large, matrixed healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and serve as an expert resource for clinical programs across multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with system, divisions, regions, hospitals, clinical departments, and external colleagues to implement clinical programs.
• Oversee compliance with regulatory, human resource, and other organizational requirements.
