Job summary

Providence is seeking a Clinical Program Manager RN to lead and coordinate a range of clinical programs across the system, working with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. This role emphasizes evidence, technology, and collaboration in delivering patient-centered care.

The position is currently remote, transitioning to a hybrid model in April 2027 with on-site work four days per week at one of our locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing (Practice or Education) required.
• Registered Nurse license in TX or other listed states.
• 5 years experience in nursing education, including program planning and execution.
• 3 years in complex program management in a large healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and serve as an expert resource across system and clinical stakeholders.
• Plan, develop, operationalize and evaluate clinical programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and HR-related requirements are met.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to implement programs successfully.
