Job summary

Providence is seeking a Clinical Program Manager RN to lead and operationalize a range of clinical programs across systems, divisions, and facilities. You will partner with stakeholders to implement initiatives, using evidence, technology, and consultants to achieve measurable clinical outcomes.

The role supports a flexible work model, with a transition to hybrid work on-site four days per week starting April 2027, and requires strong nursing leadership, regulatory acumen, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Master's Degree in Nursing (Practice or Education)
• RN License for one of: AK, WA, MT, OR, CA, TX or NM
• 5 years of experience in nursing education, including program planning, execution.
• 3 years of experience in complex program management in a large matrixed healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and serve as an expert resource, collaborating with system, divisions, regions, hospitals, clinical departments, and external colleagues to implement clinical programs.
• Oversee compliance with regulatory and other organizational requirements.
• Drive development, implementation, and evaluation of diverse clinical activities, programs, and initiatives.
