Job summary

Providence is seeking a Clinical Program Manager RN to lead and operationalize a range of clinical programs. This role requires collaboration with system leaders, hospitals and external partners to implement programs and ensure successful outcomes.

The position combines remote work with a planned transition to a hybrid schedule, including on-site work at designated locations four days per week starting April 2027. A strong nursing background and education leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• Master’s degree in Nursing (Practice or Education) required.
• RN license for AK, WA, MT, OR, CA, TX or NM.
• 5 years of nursing education experience including program planning and execution.
• 3 years of complex program management in a large healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and serve as expert resource across stakeholders to implement clinical programs.
• Plan, develop, operationalize organizational clinical needs and evaluate programs.
• Collaborate with system-wide stakeholders across regions and departments.
