Job summary

Community Health Centers of the Rutland Region seeks a Clinical Practice & RN Quality Manager. The RN will lead clinical practice standards, drive quality improvement, ensure regulatory readiness, oversee vaccine programs, and maintain infection prevention across CHCRR sites.

Collaboration with managers and clinical staff is essential to advance patient-centered care. The role reports to the Director of Clinical Operations and requires Vermont RN licensure, 5+ years of nursing experience, and

Qualifications

• RN license in Vermont in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in primary care, ambulatory care, FQHC, or community health setting preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HRSA, PCMH, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical practice standards and best practices across CHCRR.
• Ensure policies align with regulatory requirements and evidence-based practice.
• Oversee quality improvement initiatives and audit processes.
• Collaborate with site leadership to support standardized operations and patient safety.
• Coordinate vaccine program management and infection prevention initiatives.
• Support regulatory readiness and accreditation activities.
