Job summary

Community Health Centers of the Rutland Region (CHCRR) seeks a Clinical Practice and RN Quality Manager to lead clinical practice standards, quality improvement, and regulatory readiness across eight locations in Rutland and southern Addison counties. The role partners with Practice Managers, RN Supervisors, and medical leadership to advance Quadruple Aim initiatives and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must hold Vermont RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited RN school of nursing.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in primary/ambulatory care or FQHC.
• Knowledge of HRSA, PCMH, quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to lead organizational change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with quality audits and patient safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical practice standards across CHCRR and ensure policy alignment with regulations.
• Oversee quality improvement and audit processes to monitor compliance and outcomes.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and accreditation readiness across sites.
• Collaborate with Practice Managers, RN Supervisors, providers, and clinical leaders to implement standards.
• Support infection prevention, patient safety, and safety culture initiatives.
• Standardize clinical operations and workflows to improve efficiency and patient care.
