Job summary

Community Health Centers of the Rutland Region (CHCRR) seeks a Clinical Practice & RN Quality Manager. This RN will lead clinical practice standards, drive quality improvement, ensure regulatory readiness, oversee vaccine programs, and manage infection prevention across Rutland region sites.

Collaboration with leaders and educators will advance Quadruple Aim goals and team-based care. The role reports to the Director of Clinical Operations and emphasizes standardized, safe, patient-centered

Qualifications

• Vermont RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in primary/ambulatory care preferred.
• Experience with HRSA, PCMH, quality improvement and regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization-wide clinical standards and best practices.
• Ensure policies align with regulatory requirements and evidence-based practice.
• Evaluate clinical processes and implement improvements.
• Serve as the clinical operations and scope-of-practice resource.
• Lead implementation of new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Oversee staffing workflows to support clinical efficiency.
• Develop and oversee clinical audit processes for compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve outcomes and patient experience.
• Support PCMH initiatives and regulatory reviews.
• Oversee vaccine program management and infection prevention.
• Standardize equipment across practice sites and lifecycle management.
