Mercy in Oklahoma seeks a Clinical Supervisor RN – Medical-Surgical Services for nights and evenings. You will supervise nursing staff, ensure safe, high-quality patient care, and collaborate with physicians, administration, and the Staffing Office to optimize bed management and throughput.

The role requires 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience, an accredited nursing program grad, and an active RN license; AHA Healthcare Provider card or course within probation; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license with the Board of Nursing in the applicable State of practice.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probation period (TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS).
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure units are staffed to provide patient care.
• Involve in patient flow and bed management with Staffing Office.
• Lead change and mentor staff to promote professional growth.
• Collaborate with physicians and administrative personnel to improve processes across the continuum.
• Participate in evaluation processes in collaboration with the Clinical Manager.
