Job summary

Mercy in Oklahoma seeks an experienced Clinical Supervisor to oversee evening/night shifts and ensure safe, high-quality patient care. The role emphasizes staff planning, patient flow, and collaboration with physicians and admin to meet care and cost goals.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the applicable state.
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or within probation period.
• TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS certification required.
• Bachelor degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staffing appropriately to meet patient care needs.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff; promote change and accountability.
• Collaborate with physicians and administrative personnel to improve processes.
• Oversee patient flow and bed management in coordination with Staffing Office.
• Participate in the evaluation process with Clinical Manager per policy.
