Mercy in Oklahoma seeks an experienced Clinical Supervisor (RN) to lead a hospital nursing team in evenings and nights. You will ensure safe, high-quality care, manage staffing, patient flow, bed management, and collaborate with the Staffing Office.

Required: RN license, 3–5 years hospital experience, basic life support certification, and additional certifications (TNCC/ACLS/ENPC/PALS). Bachelor's degree preferred. Day-one benefits apply.
