Job summary

Mercy in Oklahoma is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee nursing operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, cost-effective care delivered by a skilled team. You will manage staffing, mentorship, and interdepartmental collaboration to optimize patient care and throughput.

You will drive patient flow, bed management, and work with physicians and the Staffing Office while upholding Mercy Service Standards and professional accountability.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license with the Board of Nursing in the applicable State.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete within probation.
• TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing to ensure appropriate patient care coverage.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff and collaborate with other clinicians.
• Coordinate patient flow and bed management with Staffing Office.
• Communicate with physicians and administration to improve processes.
• Uphold Mercy Service Standards and professional responsibilities.
