Job summary

Mercy in Oklahoma seeks a Clinical Supervisor RN to oversee nursing operations during evenings and nights, ensuring safe, high‑quality care and effective staffing. You will drive patient flow, bed management, and collaboration with the Staffing Office to meet patient needs and Mercy standards.

You will mentor staff, uphold Mercy Service Standards, and lead change with professionalism, engaging co-workers to provide compassionate care across units.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license with the Board of Nursing in the applicable State of practice.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or equivalent within probation period; TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assure delivery of safe, high-quality and cost-effective care.
• Ensure units are appropriately staffed for patient care and participate in patient flow and bed management.
• Collaborate with Administrative staff, physicians and co-workers to improve processes and communicate changes.
• Provide mentorship, guidance and recognition to care team; model professional standards.
