Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator, RN to supervise daily clinical operations across practice sites. You will lead clinical staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure high-quality patient care under clinical leadership and administrative direction.

The role involves less than 20% direct patient care and requires a BSN or higher, RN licensure, and at least five years of clinical experience with BLS. Supervisory experience is preferred in ambulatory settings.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification in a clinical field.
• BSN or degree completion within two years of hire.
• Licensed registered nurse (RN).
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience.
• Basic Life Support certification from an American Heart Association source.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the office’s clinical support staff and workload distribution.
• Coordinate staff recruitment, training, and performance assessments.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations within budget guidelines.
• Arrange provider schedules and optimize patient care hours for productivity.
• Schedule staff and resources to maximize patient access and satisfaction.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure service excellence.
