Job summary

Beacon Health System in Indiana seeks an experienced Office Operations Supervisor for a physician practice. You will coordinate daily operational support, schedule nursing, lab and radiology staff, and supervise clinical areas to ensure smooth, compliant patient care.

Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will help with interviewing, orientation, training, budgeting, coding review, vendor decisions, and maintaining strong customer service. A current RN license in Indiana is required.

Qualifications

• Requires RN license in Indiana and an associate or bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Experience supervising multiple clinical areas and staff.
• Strong knowledge of medical office procedures, coding, and billing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing, lab, and radiology areas to ensure adequate coverage.
• Coordinate patient care and staff performance; conduct appraisals.
• Assist with interviewing, orientation, and staff training.
• Assist with budget, vendor selection and purchasing decisions.
• Review charge posting and ensure accurate patient data for billing.
