Qualifications

• Licensed RN with Indiana license to practice (NLC).
• BSN preferred.
• 3 years of medical office experience required.
• 2 years clinical supervision or lead experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with documentation and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to ambulatory staff.
• Collaborate with practice manager on hiring, coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Assist with rooming patients and triage as needed.
• Support quality initiatives and process improvements.
• Rotate between east and north Indianapolis offices.
