Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned laboratory associates.
• Participate in interviewing, recommending and selecting new associates; provide orientation.
• Prepare and administer associate performance appraisals.
• Assist with employee relation matters including corrective actions and progressive discipline.
• Provide leadership and professional development opportunities to associates.
• Ensure training for assigned duties and equipment.
• Develop and monitor staffing schedules to ensure adequate workloads.
• Work with contractors to monitor capital/operating purchases and equipment uptime.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
