Job summary

Beacon Health Options seeks an RN Operations Supervisor to coordinate daily operational support across nursing, radiology, and laboratory services within a physician practice setting. You will supervise staff, participate in interviewing and onboarding, and assist with training plans in collaboration with the Practice Manager.

You will help manage budgeting, vendor relations, and inventory while ensuring accurate charge posting and timely billing.

Qualifications

• RN with Indiana license required.
• Minimum of three years of healthcare experience.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory/management experience.
• Proficiency with coding systems (ICD-9-CM and CPT-4 HCPCS).
• Experience in a physician practice setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational support for nursing, radiology and laboratory areas.
• Supervise nursing care, lab, and radiology; oversee staff performance and conduct disciplinary actions as needed.
• Assist with interviewing, orientation and staff training under the Practice Manager.
• Oversee billing-related processes including charge posting accuracy and data capture for billing.
• Maintain smooth daily operations and exceptional public relations within the facility.
• Collaborate with Practice Manager on marketing, vendor selection, and inventory management.
