Qualifications

• RN leadership experience required.
• Current OR experience required.
• Current California RN license.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience.
• Demonstrated clinical competence and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Expedite the surgery schedule and manage shift operations.
• Investigate and resolve patient, visitor, staff, and physician complaints; advise management.
