St. Thomas Surgery Center Clarksville in Clarksville, TN, is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee daily operating room operations and drive initiatives to improve efficiency and patient experience.

The role reports to the Administrator and collaborates to promote fiscal accountability, policy development, and staff performance evaluation, with oversight of credentialing, safety, risk management, and clinical outcomes. Requires pre- and post-op surgical experience and an RN license.

Competenze

• Current RN license REQUIRED
• Proven experience as a clinical manager or other managerial position
• Experience in an ambulatory surgery center is ideal
• Operating room RN experience required
• PACU experience preferred
• Experience in clinical supervision and program management
• Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing, and performance evaluation procedures

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the operating room and implement process initiatives to improve efficiency and patient experience.
• Report to the Administrator and collaborate to promote fiscal accountability, develop and revise policies, and evaluate staff performance.
• Oversee staff credentialing, preventative safety measures, risk management duties, and use clinical leadership to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Must have pre- and post-op surgical experience.
