Saint Thomas Surgicare in Brentwood, TN is seeking an OR Manager to oversee surgical services, anesthesia, and sterile processing. The role emphasizes efficient operations, staff leadership, and collaboration with physicians and nurses.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program, with TN RN license, BLS, CNOR preferred, and 3–5 years of operative experience. Strong prioritization and communication are essential.

Competenze

• Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing.
• Baccalaureate degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in operative setting preferred.
• Current TN RN License
• Current BLS certification
• CNOR preferred
• Independent decision making skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills with staff and physicians.

Mansioni

• Oversees surgery, anesthesia, and sterile processing services.
• Assists as RN Circulator and Scrub Tech as necessary.
• Establishes effective working relationships with patients, physicians, employees, volunteers and vendors.
