Saint Thomas Surgicare, operated by United Surgical Partners International, is seeking an OR Manager in Tennessee. This role oversees surgery, anesthesia, and sterile processing, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional patient care. No weekends, no call, and no holidays are required as part of this position.

The OR Manager will lead departmental functions, partner with physicians and staff, and provide oversight while assisting as RN Circulator and Scrub Tech as needed.

Competenze

• Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in operative setting preferred.
• Current TN RN License
• Current BLS certification
• CNOR preferred
• Independent decision making skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills with staff and physicians.

Mansioni
