Saint Thomas Surgicare, part of United Surgical Partners International, is seeking an experienced OR Manager to lead our ambulatory surgery team. This role emphasizes operating room, anesthesia, and sterile processing oversight with no weekends, no call, and no holidays.

The ideal candidate holds TN RN licensure, a Baccalaureate degree, CNOR preferred, and 3–5 years in operative settings. Strong communication, independent decision making, and multitasking are essential to drive patient care and

Competenze

• Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing.
• Baccalaureate degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in operative setting preferred.
• Current TN RN License.
• Current BLS certification.
• CNOR preferred.
• Independent decision making skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills with staff and physicians.

Mansioni

• Oversees surgery, anesthesia, and sterile processing services.
• Assists as RN Circulator and Scrub Tech as necessary.
