Saint Thomas Surgicare in Tennessee seeks an OR Manager to lead all departmental operations including surgery, anesthesia, and sterile processing. The role emphasizes cost-effective systems and strong relationships with physicians, staff, and vendors to support facility goals.

The ideal candidate will be an accredited RN with a nursing degree, TN license, BLS, CNOR preferred, and 3–5 years in operative settings. No weekends, no call, and no holidays are noted.

Competenze

• RN with nursing degree from an accredited program.
• 3-5 years’ operative experience preferred.
• TN RN license required.
• CNOR preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee surgery, anesthesia, and sterile processing services.
• Assist as RN Circulator and Scrub Tech as necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and vendors to support department goals.
• Align operations with hospital mission and facility goals.

Graduate of accredited nursing program
