BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for flexible full-time/part-time/per-diem roles. Earn $50-$65 per hour based on experience, with 20–40 hours per week and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• 2–3 years of home health, hospice, or skilled nursing experience.
• IV infusion therapy proficiency.
• Sales and business development mindset to attract clients and partners.
• CPR certification.
• Leadership and staff supervision abilities.
• Care plan development and oversight.
• Quality assurance and risk management experience.
• Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making in staffing and emergencies.
• Reliable car with driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Flexible and on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians and other providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure care meets regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with home health regulations, including documentation.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team (hiring, training, evaluating).
• Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers to ensure top care quality.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all cases.
