Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• 2–3 years of home health, hospice, or skilled nursing experience.
• Proficient in IV infusions and related care.
• Sales-minded to attract clients and collaborate with referral partners.
• CPR certification is required.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision skills.
• Ability to develop and oversee comprehensive care plans.
• Experience auditing, documenting, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Must have a reliable car, driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Flexible and on-call availability for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure care meets standards.
• Oversee compliance with home health regulations and documentation.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including training.
• Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for cases.
