BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington and Woburn is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join a dedicated home health team. The RN Manager will oversee clinical operations, quality, and reliability of the home care services program, including Plan of Care management, staff supervision, and clinical compliance.

Formación

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• 2–3 years of home health, hospice, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Proficient in IV infusions, medications, hydration, and TPN.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians and providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments to ensure regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations and documentation.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
• Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers to ensure high-quality care.
• Manage scheduling and staffing coverage for home care cases.
