BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee clinical operations in home health services. The role offers flexible hours, autonomy, and leadership opportunities, with a compensation range of $45–55 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing.
• IV infusion therapy expertise including medications, hydration, and TPN.
• Sales and business development mindset to attract and retain clients.
• CPR certification.
• Leadership and management experience to supervise, train, and mentor staff.
• Care plan development skills for high-quality outcomes.
• Quality assurance and risk management experience.
• Problem-solving and decision-making under staffing and operational pressures.
• Reliable car with valid driver's license and auto insurance; on-call flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians and other providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure care meets standards.
• Oversee compliance with state/federal home health regulations and documentation.
• Supervise home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
• Provide guidance to nurses and caregivers to ensure high-quality care.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all cases.
