Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of operation.
- 2–3 years of experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing.
- Proficient in IV infusions and related therapies.
- Sales & business development mindset to attract and retain clients.
- CPR certification and ongoing professional development.
- Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities.
- Experience creating and overseeing care plans.
- Experience with QA, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Reliable transportation with driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Flexible availability including on-call responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other providers.
- Conduct in-home assessments and ensure care meets standards and regulations.
- Oversee compliance with state and federal home health rules, including documentation.
- Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring and training.
- Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers for quality care.
- Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for cases.
