BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate in-home care with flexible hours and autonomy. The role offers full-time, part-time, and per-diem options, with a competitive $45-55 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• 2–3 years of home health, hospice, or skilled nursing experience.
• Proficiency in IV infusions, medications, hydration, and TPN management.
• Ability to attract and retain clients and collaborate with referral partners.
• CPR certification is required.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities.
• Experience in creating and overseeing patient care plans.
• Experience auditing, incident reporting, and policy compliance.
• Ability to handle staffing and operational challenges quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments to ensure care meets standards.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal home health regulations including documentation.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring and training.
• Provide guidance to nurses and aides to maintain high-quality care.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all cases.
