BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for flexible full-time, part-time, or per-diem positions. Earn $50-$65 per hour based on experience, with 20–40 hours weekly. Join a Joint Commission Accredited leader in home health and help deliver exceptional patient care in home settings.

You will lead clinical operations, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to quality standards, with opportunities for advancement and a supportive, empowering work environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• 2–3 years of home health, hospice, or skilled nursing experience.
• Proficient in IV infusion therapy, medications, hydration, and TPN.
• Sales and business development mindset to attract and retain clients and partners.
• CPR certification is required.
• Demonstrated leadership with supervision and training of staff.
• Experience in creating and overseeing care plans for high-quality outcomes.
• Experience with quality assurance, risk management, audits, and compliance policies.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills for staffing and operational challenges.
• Reliable car, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure patient care meets regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
• Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases.
