BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Philadelphia, PA office. This role leads and coordinates nursing care for adult clients in the community, ensuring assessments and care plans are executed with compassion and excellence.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 AM–5:00 PM), with opportunities for growth, ongoing training, and a supportive team focused on high-quality home care.

Qualifications

• RN with 2+ years of RN experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit adult clients and conduct assessments in Philadelphia.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise Home Health Aides and CNA staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
