BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Philadelphia, PA Home Care office as a Clinical Manager. This role blends clinical expertise with leadership, mentorship, and professional growth to support a team of nurses delivering in-home care across Philadelphia County.

As Clinical Manager, you will lead nursing staff, conduct client assessments, develop and oversee care plans, and play an active role in onboarding and education for field staff.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience.
• Medical-surgical experience required.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Philadelphia County.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate nursing staff to provide exceptional care.
• Visit adult clients and conduct clinical assessments throughout Philadelphia County.
• Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation.
• Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses.
• Participate in the training, mentoring, and development of new and tenured nurses.
• Coordinate and/or deliver in-services and ongoing education for field staff.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families.

As a Clinical Manager, you will:
