BAYADA Home Health Care in Wynnewood, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse to step into a Clinical Manager role serving Montgomery County. The position oversees field caregivers and ensures high-quality, in-home client care.

Candidates bring an active RN license, at least two years of RN experience, and supervisory experience. Travel across the service area is required, with a Monday–Friday schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• Recent hands-on nursing experience required.
• Prior home care experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the service area.

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our PA Assistive Care office in Montgomery County as a Clinical Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RN to take the next step in their career while continuing to make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients. As a Clinical Manager, you'll lead and support a team of field caregivers while ensuring clients receive exceptional, high-quality care in the comfort of their homes.

As a Clinical Manager, you will:
