BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Bethlehem, PA office as a Clinical Manager. This role leads clinical staff, conduct client assessments in the field, and develops care plans to deliver high-quality in-home care for adults.

The Clinical Manager will mentor nurses, oversee implementation of care plans, and coordinate ongoing education while supporting both clients and staff in a leadership capacity.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Experience working with adult clients.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

Clinical Manager (RN) – Home Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Bethlehem, PA office as a Clinical Manager. This office provides exceptional in-home care services to adult clients throughout the community.

As a Clinical Manager, you will help ensure the delivery of high-quality care while mentoring and developing a team of dedicated nurses.

As a Clinical Manager, you will:

• Lead, inspire, and support clinical staff in delivering exceptional patient care
• Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits in the field

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure quality, compliance, and positive patient outcomes
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required

• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Reliable transportation required
