Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a part-time Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) for our Philadelphia, PA Assistive Care office. The role combines leadership with hands-on clinical oversight, requiring two in-office days weekly and field visits as needed in the Philadelphia area.

Ideal candidates are experienced RNs with supervisory background who can guide field staff, develop care plans, and provide mentorship while balancing flexibility and career growth within BAYADA.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 2+ years of RN experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a field-based team.

Responsibilities

Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) – Assistive Care

Looking for a leadership opportunity that offers flexibility? BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) to join our Philadelphia, PA Assistive Care office.

This is a part-time management opportunity with just 2 days per week in the office, giving you the flexibility to balance your professional goals with your personal life. Field visits throughout Philadelphia are completed as needed during the week, allowing you to have flexibility in how you structure your schedule.

What You’ll Do:
