BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Wyomissing, PA pediatric home care office as an RN Clinical Manager. This leadership role blends clinical excellence with team development and care coordination to advance pediatric home health.

As a Clinical Manager, you’ll lead field nurses, conduct pediatric assessments, develop care plans, mentor staff, and support ongoing training while staying connected to patient care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• 2+ years of RN experience required with leadership exposure.
• Trach/vent experience or willingness to learn is desirable.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and inspire a nursing team while staying connected to patient care.
• Visit pediatric clients, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop care plans.
• Oversee execution of care plans and supervise field staff.
• Facilitate orientation, onboarding, and ongoing staff training.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nurses’ growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve outcomes, engagement, and satisfaction.

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Wyomissing, PA pediatric home care office as an RN Clinical Manager. Our team provides best-in-class care to pediatric clients throughout Berks and Lebanon Counties. As a Clinical Manager, you’ll combine your clinical expertise with leadership, mentorship, and care coordination while developing the skills needed for continued advancement within BAYADA.

What You’ll Do

As an RN Clinical Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to lead, develop, and inspire a team while staying connected to patient care. Your day may include:

• Lead, inspire, and motivate field nurses to provide exceptional pediatric care
• Visit pediatric clients and conduct comprehensive assessments
• Develop individualized care plans and oversee their execution
• Supervise and support nursing staff in the field
• Facilitate orientation and onboarding for new nurses
• Provide ongoing training, education, and in-services for field staff
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nurses as they develop their skills
• Identify opportunities to improve clinical outcomes, employee engagement, and client satisfaction
• Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as you grow within the role

What We’re Looking For

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2+ years of RN experience
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Trach/vent experience or an interest in learning
• Supervisory or leadership experience a plus
• Home care experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• A growth mindset and desire to develop as a healthcare leader
